Overview
The Indoor Geolocation research program at WPI started in 1997 with a joint project between CWINS and TASC/Litton as a part of DARPA's SUO/SAS project. In this project the pioneering work of the center on radio channel modeling for indoor geolocation application demonstrated the difficulties in accurate indoor geolocation using TOA measurements.
